The Youth Civic Leadership Corps provides young people between the ages of 14 and 25 with a mix of on-the-job employment training and opportunities to serve their communities and prepare for college or post-secondary employment.

The Youth Civic Leadership Corps is a bridge between the worlds of youth and adulthood — providing structured, supervised employment and links to employers who want to engage young people, while giving participants the chance to grow, investigate their interests, and explore leadership roles in their neighborhoods.

Our Youth Civic Leadership Corps, based in Country Club Hills, Illinois, creates opportunities for young people to earn a paycheck while also improving neighborhoods in Country Club Hills, Homewood, Olympia Fields and other South Suburban communities.  Contact us at info@neighborscapes.org if you would like to start a Youth Civic Leadership Corps in your community.
